AXLY BRAND LIMITED: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to AXLY. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or submitting a custom order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website.

AXLY ("we", "our", "us") designs, manufactures, and sells 3D-printed marine parts and custom components.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, and
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products & Custom Orders
3.1. Standard Products
Standard parts listed on our website are manufactured using 3D printing technologies and marine-grade materials. Colors, finish, and texture may vary slightly between batches.
3.2. Custom Parts
Custom parts are produced based on:
- Files submitted by the customer,
- Photos, sketches, or measurements provided by the customer, or
- CAD files designed by AXLY engineers.
You acknowledge that:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once modeling begins.
- Final performance depends on correct installation and intended use.
- Minor variations in surface finish are normal in 3D printing.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR/USD/GBP unless otherwise stated.
AXLY reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely using Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available methods.
5. Production & Lead Times
Production times vary depending on:
- Material,
- Size and complexity,
- Quantity,
- Custom request volume.
Estimated production times are shown at checkout and in order confirmations.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details, methods, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
7. Return & Refund Policy
7.1 Standard Products
You may return unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Any product with signs of damage, or alteration, or without original packaging, cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7.2 Custom Products
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The product arrives damaged,
- Or it is proven to be manufactured incorrectly according to the approved design.
8. Warranty
8.1 Standard Warranty
AXLY provides a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects when the part is installed by the customer.
8.2 Full Coverage Warranty
If installation is performed by AXLY or an authorized partner:
- Warranty extends to 12 months,
- Includes free replacement for breakage under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation,
- Use outside intended purpose,
- Extreme loads not disclosed during design,
- UV/chemical damage if incorrect material is selected.
9. Limitation of Liability
AXLY is not responsible for:
- Improper installation,
- Misuse of the product,
- Damage caused by modifications,
- Losses caused by vessel malfunction or other equipment.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, images, and CAD models remain the property of AXLY and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Personal Delivery & Onboard Delivery
AXLY may offer personal delivery for large orders or for customers located within our service radius.
By selecting personal delivery, the customer agrees to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
If installation services are included, warranty terms may differ (see Warranty section).
AXLY reserves the right to decide whether an order qualifies for personal delivery.
13. Recycling Program
AXLY offers a recycling program for all 3D-printed parts purchased from us.
Customers may return parts for recycling when:
- The part is broken
- The part was damaged during delivery
- The part has reached the end of its usable life
- The customer has upgraded to a new part
- The part was incorrectly installed or needs replacement
Returned parts will be:
- Sorted
- Processed
- Recycled into new usable filament or disposed responsibly
Customers may receive:
- A discount code for future purchases, where applicable
- Free return shipping labels for approved cases (breakage, warranty claims, installation issues)
This program applies to both standard and custom 3D-printed parts.
