Shipping & Delivery
1. Production Time
Every AXLY product is manufactured to order.
Typical production times:
- Standard parts: 2–7 business days
- Large or complex parts: 5–14 business days
- Custom orders: 7–21 business days (depending on design approval)
You will receive:
- An order confirmation,
- A production start notice,
- A shipping notification with tracking.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- Local carriers (EU)
Shipping method is selected during checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight and dimensions of the product,
- Destination country,
- Shipping method selected.
Customs charges (non-EU destinations) are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Worldwide: 7–20 business days
These are estimates only; AXLY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and your order number.
- We will open a carrier investigation and issue a replacement if eligible.
- Custom products damaged during shipping will be re-printed at no additional cost.
6. Incorrect Address
AXLY is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned, you may reorder with the correct address and pay the shipping cost again.
7. Split Shipments
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
8. Personal Delivery (Local Service Area)
For large orders or special projects, AXLY offers personal delivery within our operating range.
Personal delivery is available when:
- The order meets our minimum "Large Order" value (defined at checkout or by invoice),
- The delivery address is within our designated service radius,
- The customer selects or agrees to personal delivery during checkout or communication.
Benefits of AXLY personal delivery:
- Safer handling of large or sensitive parts
- Direct handover from our team
- Optional installation assistance (if previously arranged)
- Delivery date and time will be coordinated directly with the customer.
10. Returns for Recycling
Customers may return used or damaged parts for recycling through theAXLY Recycling Program.
We provide:
- Instructions for packaging
- Return address
- Optional discounted return labels (depending on region & part type)
Recycling returns are not treated as product refunds.
They are processed purely as eco-friendly returns.
